Notes :

      1          Registration Fees are only paid once, and for the first year only.  It is non-

                  refundable.

3              We will request a top up of the deposit if the balance runs below £400. As to the balance of the deposit, we will refund you promptly at the end of the programme. A monthly statement will be emailed to your email account showing the deposit balance left. We will seek for your approval before major expenses are paid out from your deposit. We do not have any hidden expenses.

4              Total amount = £ 580 (including VAT)  x 3 terms   + £150 +£1000=£2,890

5              Other standard expenses are to be deducted from the disbursement deposit. As mentioned in note 3, we will seek your approval first before major expenses are committed.

6          Fees include breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Greater London area will be £40 per night, and other area will be £35 per night. 

7             This fee only applies if the children are staying in the host family’s home for the holiday, or during half-term break etc. This fee is for the host family to pick up the child from school and send them back to school after the holiday. Please bear in mind host families do not normally provide airport or long distance transfers. We have drivers for the airport pickup. Please refer to note 8.

8              We have professional drivers for the airport pickup. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance, and we will give you a quote by email. After everything is confirmed, we will send you a profile and colour photo of the driver. All our drivers are well experienced and reliable. Chinese drivers may be available, but please indicate this on your request or application form and we cannot guarantee a Chinese driver would be provided.

9              Sometimes, host families may need to take the children to open bank accounts, see friends, or parents may want to see the host families, etc . We will charge £25 plus mileage on each occasion.

10              For other non-standard expenses or pocket money payments to children etc, we will only pay it according to your instructions.
